Who Is Dandelion In The Witcher 3?
In the Witcher books' original Polish, Geralt's minstrel friend is named Jaskier, but in English translations of the books — and in the Witcher video games themselves — the character's name was changed to Dandelion. The Witcher Netflix show, adapting the original books, decided to go with the character's original name (Jaskier), rather than what the character might be more commonly known as in the western world (Dandelion).
Joey Batey plays Jaskier in the Netflix adaptation, and while you can make Dandelion wear the same outfit with the alternative appearance in The Witcher 3, his face isn’t exactly the same.
