Rina Skills, Explained - Zenless Zone Zero
Rina is a Support character that can greatly increase the team's PEN Ratio. She grants a maximum 30% PEN Ratio, based on her own stat. At the maximum level, the multiplier is 25% of Rina's PEN Ratio + 12%, which means she needs at least 72% PEN Ratio to maximize her buff.
An S-Rank Drive Discs can grant 24% PEN Ratio from its main stat, Puffer Electro gives 8%, and she gets 14.4% from her Core Skill Enhancement, so she's missing 25.6% PEN Ratio from other sources. Her signature weapon, Weeping Cradle, can give her 24% PEN Ratio, while her A-Rank alternative, Slice of Time, gives 20%.
Rina's PEN Ratio bonus works with practically every Agent in ZZZ, but her Additional Ability is purely for Shock Anomaly. This means pairing her with Electric Anomaly characters like Grace is an excellent idea.

To trigger Rina's buff, you need to send her Bangboo to attack. Rina has two Bangboos, Drusilla and Anastella. The buff ends when both Bangboos return to Rina.
Most of Rina's moves send her Bangboo to attack for around 6s, but the best way to use this buff is by using her EX Special Attack. Rina's EX Special Attack immediately triggers Quick Assist, allowing players to switch characters smoothly. Additionally, this Quick Assist may trigger a Chain Attack, in which players can bring Rina back. Afterward, Rina's Chain Attack will trigger the Quick Assist once more.
So basically, the pattern is something like: Rina’s EX Special Attack > Quick Assist to another character > Chain Attack to Rina > Quick Assist to another character. Just keep in mind that if you pair Rina with Grace, it’s best to avoid dealing Electric DMG with the Head Maid as it’ll mess up Grace’s Shock.
Rina Best W-Engine In ZZZ - Zenless Zone Zero
The best W-Engine for Rina build in Zenless Zone Zero is Weeping Cradle. It gives PEN Ratio on its sub-stat, and the passive boosts Rina's Energy Regen along with the team's DMG. The second best is Slice of Time, an A-Rank weapon that also has PEN Ratio as its sub-stat. This time, the passive helps build up Decibels and Rina's own Energy.
If the two PEN Ratio W-Engines are unavailable, Rina can use Kaboom the Cannon, which increases Energy Regen and the team's ATK. Similarly, Unfettered Game Ball increases Energy Regen via its advanced stat, while the passive enhances Crit Rate.
When Rina is paired with Grace or an Anomaly unit in ZZZ, players can also opt for [Reverb] Mark II, which increases the team's Anomaly Mastery and Proficiency.

Rerolling in Zenless Zone Zero is a tedious task, but here is how to do it and who to aim for.
For her main stat, it’s crucial to use PEN Ratio on 5-slot and Energy Regen on 6-slot, but the 4-slot can be anything. The sub-stat from Drive Discs is also not strict for Rina as she can’t get PEN Ratio or Energy Regen from it. Therefore, you can prioritize Crit Rate, Crit DMG, ATK, and PEN for the random stats.
