Ben is the first Defense Agent in Zenless Zone Zero. He can block damage with his Special Attack. Here are some notable things about the Belobog Heavy Industries member:
- Holding Ben’s Special Attack grants him a shield, which will disappear over time. If he gets hit in this duration, he’ll take damage normally.
- If you use Ben’s blocking move at the same time as he gets hit, then Ben will not take damage.
- Using Ben’s Special Attack when he gets hit (from either method) will cause him to perform a follow-up Block Counter on the enemy.

The best weapon for Ben build in ZZZ is Big Cylinder, which has a DEF sub-stat and a passive that complements his blocking skills. This W-Engine also allows Ben to deal large damage when he attacks after being attacked. Bunny Band is a good alternative for extra DEF stat.
Other viable W-Engine for Ben are Original Transmorpher, [Identity] Base, and [Identity] Inflection.
Ben Best Drive Discs In ZZZ - Zenless Zone Zero
The best Drive Disc for Ben build in ZZZ is 4pc Soul Rock, which boosts DEF and grants DMG reduction when he gets hit. As for the 2pc set, you can either use Inferno Metal for Fire DMG, or Shockstar Disco for extra Impact.
For Ben’s Discs stat, you can adjust his Drive Discs based on what you want from the bear. The easiest way is to go full DEF for maximum shield, but you can opt for Crit DMG on 4 slot if you use Big Cylinder as it’ll maximize Ben’s DMG when following up on an attack. If you want Ben to build more Daze, then he can use Impact on 6 slot.
