A crafty Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom player has taken advantage of this ancient power to build an electric vehicle powered by Lizalfos, menacing lizards known for their cruelty. When it comes to creating vehicular contraptions like cars, planes, and boats, Tears of the Kingdom brings a wide variety of options. The game introduces players to the Ultrahand ability, which changes the way they interact with the world of Hyrule.

Upon its launch in May, Tears of the Kingdom received top ratings from critics and set the record for the fastest-selling Nintendo game of all time. As the sequel to Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom appears to be living up to expectations and attracting new fans from all over the world. Though the game retains many elements from its predecessor, it expands Hyrule and enhances the gameplay by adding new mechanics, such as Link's Ultrahand and Fuse abilities.

Over on the Tears of the Kingdom subreddit, a user named Odd_Information5332 showed a simple electric car build that uses Lizalfos as the battery. The electrical system in the vehicle relies on the creature to produce the minimum voltage it needs to work. The player seems to have trapped the creature in a custom cage, attached a propeller to the back, and used a single hydrant to trigger the electric effect. In addition, the cart drains less battery than many other electric vehicles.

Lizalfos in Tears of the Kingdom are recurring enemies which appear in many places around Hyrule, including the Lanayru Wetlands and the Lanayru Great Spring. When they are killed, Lizalfos have a chance to drop monster parts that can be used for upgrading weapons and armor, and some subspecies of these creatures possess unique powers like breathing fire and creating whirlwinds.

As of late, Tears of the Kingdom players have delivered on the creativity front thanks to the sandbox nature of the game. Since launch, fans have been sharing their wildest inventions and hilarious gameplay moments, including the discovery that they can build a rechargeable electric car in Tears of the Kingdom that can run for a minute. It will be interesting to see what new contraptions they come up with in the future.

Tears of the Kingdom's Ultrahand ability opens the game's world up with further possibilities and lets players' imaginations run wild. It's fair to say that building complex vehicles with this ability is an absolute hoot for some players. Aside from fast traveling, vehicles are the best mode of transportation for traveling across Hyrule at a quicker pace than normal.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for the Nintendo Switch.
