Where to Find Wheels

Luckily, there are a couple of wheels for the wagon around the New Serenne Stable. In fact, players should be able to find two wheels lying against some boxes and a wooden bucket a few steps away from Zumi. Hold the L button and activate the Ultrahand ability to pick them up. Rotate the wheels to the proper position with the L button and then hit A to attach it to the wagon.

Where to Find a Horse

Now, players can easily find a horse by walking up the hill directly east of the stable. There should be a group of them, but be sure to approach quietly by clicking on the left control stick to crouch. Approach one of the horses and then hit the A button to tame and Mount it.

Tears of the Kingdom players can grab a horse and register it by speaking to the attendant at any Stable. This will let Link name the horse and keep it there for safekeeping. This is also how players can see the horses' stats to check if it's worth using.

The horse will need to be soothed by pressing the L button, and then go ahead and take the horse to Zumi. While riding the horse, approach the quest-giver and then hit ZL and then A to speak to her, finishing up the Horse-Drawn Dreams Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
