In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Link isn't the only person in Hyrule who has started combining items to create deadly new weaponry. Molli, found in Rito Village, is a fletcher who wants to create ice arrows by combining Ice Fruit with their existing supply of arrows.

Unfortunately, in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Rito Village is heavily snowed in and Molli is unable to leave to gather the needed Frost Fruit for their experiment. This means Link will need to help Molli out by bringing back material to make Ice Arrows. Despite their plan of using Ice Fruit, they'll also accept White Chuchu Jelly should Link have it on hand when speaking to them.

Where to Find Molli

Molli can be found in a house in the upper half of the Rito Village, which has a bundle of arrows sitting on a table nearby. Speaking to them will cause them to explain that they are a fletcher, inspired by their father who makes bows and that they want to create some new arrows by using Ice Fruit as a component. They'll also explain why they are unable to head out and find the fruit themselves right now, necessitating Link's involvement.

This quest also doubles as a tutorial on the components that can be used to fuse Ice Arrows, which is handy to know when facing large groups of enemies.

Where to Find Ice Fruit and White Chuchu Jelly

Ice Fruit can most often be found growing in the colder parts of Hyrule, but there's also a very easy way to track them down from a more unlikely source. A Bokoblin carrying a bounty of Ice Fruit can be found near the point shown on the map image above, and a White Chuchu can also be found nearby, allowing players to quickly collect either of the items needed to complete this quest.

Players should be cautious, however, as the Bokoblin will throw Ice Fruit when Link gets close, potentially freezing Link and leaving him open to further attacks from nearby foes. The White Chuchu will cause an ice explosion if struck in melee, which can also freeze Link. This makes ranged combat ideal when dealing with these two, and a headshot on the Bokoblin should cause it to topple and spill Ice Fruit all over the ground.
