"The Missing Farm Tools" is a quest in the "Potential Princess Sightings!" side adventure in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. By completing all parts of this side adventure, players can obtain the Froggy Armor set, along with a decent amount of Rupees.
Throughout Hyrule, players will encounter quests from this series at various stables. Below is a guide outlining the steps to find and complete the "The Missing Farm Tools" quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
The Missing Farm Tools Quest Walkthrough
Before players can accept “The Missing Farm Tools,” they must have started the "Potential Princess Sightings!" side adventure by visiting Traysi. She can be found at coordinates (-3253, 1763, 0119) at the Lucky Clover Gazette’s headquarters. Once Link is on this side adventure, he can travel to the Wetland Stable at coordinates (0888, -0158, 0025) to start “The Missing Farm Tools.”
Once here, the player should speak with Penn, their fellow Rito journalist with the Lucky Clover. He reports that the Princess Zelda had borrowed some farm tools from the stable, but they were never returned. He finds this quite out of character for her, and wants to inspect further.
Head over to the nearby Hylia River and speak with Izra, located at coordinates (0832, -0118, 0009) who is standing near a raft. He says that Princess Zelda had left with the tools and headed down the river. He wants to take the nearby raft down the river to see what they can find, but he’s not confident in his own ability to do so.
Link can use the Ultrahand and grab the Zonai devices found on the nearby rocks, which include a battery, fan, and steering stick. He can then fuse them to the raft to get it prepared for the journey. Once this is done, speak with Izra and let him know that it's time for the trip downstream.
Izra will board the raft. Link should cut the rope attaching it to the dock with any sharp weapon, then travel down the river until reaching a dock on the Floret Soundbar. It’s a fairly long trip and the raft may run out of battery power. In that case, Link can either utilize his own batteries or simply let the raft continue to float downstream, where it will eventually reach the dock.
Once the raft is close to the dock, a cutscene will play and the player and Izra will disembark onto the shore, where they are immediately met by Penn who lands nearby and requests an update on the story. Shortly, they are all greeted by an extremely frustrated (and familiar, for players of Breath of the Wild) woman named Magda. She explains that the Princess had left the tools there, so Magda could take proper care of Zelda’s flower sanctuary. She has no intention of returning the tools, so the quest ends there and Link receives a Rupee reward from Penn.
