Fans looking to go into The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom blind might need to watch where they're looking on the Internet, as some fans have reportedly gotten their hands on early copies of the game's Collector's Edition. Tears of the Kingdom officially releases in a few weeks, with anticipation for this game already sky-high. However, fans have had to dodge plenty of leaks and spoiler-related imagery this past April. This ranges from leaks of Tears of the Kingdom's artbook to other details being divulged by people over the Internet.

With the game now only a few weeks from launch, there are some people who are getting their copies of Tears of the Kingdom early. This includes some review outlets or gaming influencers that are interested in the upcoming Zelda Switch title. There are likely some people who have received their copies early from broken street dates or those who wish to share something juicy for fans to think about before release. Now, it seems like some fans who have pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of the game are getting their copies too.

In a couple of Reddit threads posted on the r/tearsofthekingdom subreddit, one fan had shared that they had received the physical version of Tears of the Kingdom's Collector's Edition, with some photos taken of the artbook and part of its contents. It contained a rather relevant story element involving the main characters that could be tied to the story itself. It should be noted that the image in the thread has a spoiler filter, so fans will need to read at their own risk. Moreover, if fans don't wish to see other details before its official release, it is worth noting that the comments section of the thread might be spoiler filled as well.

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Leaks

If the leak is legitimate, there is bound to be even more to come pouring out eventually on the lead up till launch. Another image posted in a different thread showed off what appeared to be the Collector's Edition cover, though none of these threads showed off if what was inside was the cartridge of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom or if it was just a digital redeem code. If the game is accessible, the likelihood of fans sharing spoilers from these copies is likely, so fans should keep their eyes open for what's being posted.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom isn't the only case of a Nintendo game being leaked before release, and it certainly won't be the last of its kind either. There's only a few weeks before Tears of the Kingdom hits store shelves officially, so fans might just need to bunker down and avoid the most relevant areas where discussions of this game will be taking place if they want to go in completely blind.
