A creative Zelda fan celebrating New Year's Eve added something a little different to their party by offering guests an iconic beverage from the franchise. TheLegendofZelda franchise has never been more popular as fans get excited to play the next game. 2023 will see the long-awaited sequel to BreathoftheWild, TearsoftheKingdom, finally debuting on the Nintendo Switch in May. The last main Zelda game came out back in 2017 and was a launch title for the Nintendo Switch. With excitement building for the sequel, fan creations have begun popping up online. For example, one talented gamer impressively carved the TearsoftheKingdom logo out of wood.

Although gamers are a few months away from getting their hands on the newest entry into the iconic series, info relating to it has already been revealed. Recently, Tears of the Kingdom's Nintendo Switch OLED model leaked online. In anticipation of the next major title release for the Nintendo Switch in the beloved series, more unique fan creations have appeared more frequently online, with some very talented gamers showing off their artistic talents.

Zelda fan and Reddit user d3ltaSpartan shared their recreation of the iconic beverage Lon Lon Milk enjoyed by Link that they whipped up for a recent New Year's Eve party. Their version of the tasty health-restoring beverage from TheLegendofZelda: OcarinaofTime is even served in milk bottles with the Lon Lon Milk label attached to them. This latest fan creation brought a lot of humorous responses from many gamers. Savvy Reddit users realized it was a recipe from the book TheGeekyBartender and shared the recipe online with others. This isn't the only Zelda item re-creation that recently gained attention online from fans, another Zelda gamer made a stained-glass version of the Hylian Shield.

Lon Lon Milk debuted in Link's first 3D adventure, TheLegendofZelda: OcarinaofTime, for the Nintendo 64. Players could obtain a bottle of this iconic in-game beverage from Talon's Super Cuccoo findin' mini-game. Since OcarinaofTime, it has also appeared in Majora'sMask, The Wind Waker,The Minish Cap, and Hyrule Warriors. In Super Smash Bros.Melee, Young Link can even pull out a bottle of Lon Lon Milk and drink it mid-battle.

As for the fan who re-created Lon Lon Milk, d3ltaSpartan, they revealed that their wife gifted them a copy of TheGeekyBartender for Christmas and decided to try it out for their guests during New Year's Eve. They indicated that the recipe for Lon Lon Milk was listed in the non-alcoholic section and was great for some pregnant guests. d3ltaSpartan also stated the "milk" tastes like a caramel apple smoothie and that the bottles were purchased from Amazon with labels printed on their home printer. One thing is abundantly apparent, 2023 will be an excellent time to be a LegendofZelda fan.
