In Xenoblade Chronicles 3, there is an abundance of items to collect, which are used for crafting, cooking, and quests. One item that is required in large volume for a particular quest is the Heavy Pomegranate, so this guide will explain the best places to search for them.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is the latest entry in the Xenoblade Chronicles series, developed by Monolith Soft and published by Nintendo, and is set in the world of Aionios. Aionios is constantly beset by war between Agnus and Keves. In the midst of the war, a group of six soldiers are brought together by fate and gain the power of Ouroboros. Armed with this world-changing power, the six set out to seek a better future and liberate colonies from the tyranny of the Flame Clocks, opposed by the shady secret organization Moebius, who manipulate the war from the shadows.
Twinpalm Isle, Cadensia Region
One location where Heavy Pomegranates can be found is Twinpalm Isle, which can be found by sailing to the Southeast of Colony Mu. While the number of Pomegranates isn't too high, there's a trick to get them to respawn faster than normal. Players can hoover up all available Pomegranates, trigger a fight with one of the enemies on Twinpalm Isle, and then hit the minus button and give up.
Upon respawning, the player keeps the Pomegranates, but the item drops on the island will reappear, allowing them to repeat the process all over again.
Agnus Castle Barbican, Cadensia Region
This area, which lies directly beneath Agnus Castle, is another good place to look for Heavy Pomegranates, and the trick mentioned above will allow them to be replenished more quickly, though the run back may be a little longer.
Bed of Woes and Wishes, Cadensia Region
This landmark in the Cadensia Region is located near Colony Mu, and Heavy Pomegranates grow here for players who don't mind being reminded of the sadder parts of Fiona's Hero Quest. It's trickier to respawn the drops here, as there are no enemies near the Bed of Woes and Wishes to allow for the method above. Instead, players will need to skip travel to another area and then back to this landmark to replenish them.
Atoll Feronis Hulk, Cadensia Region
A fantastic way of saving time at the cost of some funds (which are likely to be numerous by this point) is by taking advantage of the Fabricator at the Atoll Feronis Hulk. This can be found on an island near where players first enter the ocean portion of the Cadensia region, west of the island players are initially tasked with visiting.
Spending some funds on the Fabricator is a simple and quick way to amass a number of resources, including Heavy Pomegranates, and may prove just as fruitful as time spent grinding at the other locations if players have a little luck.
