XDefiant presents the players with a variety of challenges that they can complete to unlock rewards like new faction characters, weapons, and many more. These challenges are the only way through which the players will be able to get their hands on these items.
While some challenges might be easy for most players to complete, a few can end up being quite tough. To unlock all the available characters and items in the games, completing all the challenges in XDefiant is a must.
XDefiant: How To Get Twitch Drop Rewards
To celebrate their free-to-play launch, XDefiant is giving away exclusive rewards through Twitch Drops. Here is how to claim all the rewards.
Types Of Challenges In XDefiant
Each weapon, character, or equipment in XDefiant requires you to complete a challenge before you can unlock it. So, in order to obtain all the weaponry, devices, and characters available in the game, you must first complete all of these challenges as quickly as possible. Completing these challenges provides you with new items and rewards you with some valuable XP, which can help you level up fast and progress through the season pass levels.
The three types of challenges in XDefiant are Major, Base, and Daily Challenges, and each type of challenge unlocks a different item in the game.
All Major Challenges In XDefiant
The Major Challenges typically reward the players with a new faction and are also the hardest to complete. As of writing this guide, the only major challenge in the game is unlocking the DedSec faction.
For you to complete this challenge, you must gain 700,000 XP, which can be easily obtained by playing the game and finishing more matches. The better you play in each match, the more XP you will get from completing it. Furthermore, game modes such as Escort can be a great way to earn XP quickly; in this game mode, both teams must defend and attack a package through multiple checkpoints, and because each match has multiple rounds, you are more likely to get more kills, resulting in more XP gained.

6 Beginner Tips For XDefiant
Ubisoft's XDefiant is the latest popular free-to-play FPS to hit the market. For players just starting the game, these tips can help them get started.
What Are Daily Challenges In XDefiant?
Daily challenges are those that cycle every 24 hours. These challenges often demand you to get a set number of kills in a specified manner or using specific equipment. For example, obtain two kills with devices or thirty headshot kills.
Although the daily challenges offer no rewards other than XP, completing them is a simple method for collecting XP, which may also help players finish the major challenges. The harder the challenge, the more XP it provides as a reward, thus completing all the daily challenges is well worth it.
Tips On Completing Challenges Fast In XDefiant
The easiest method to fulfill the challenges is to play lengthier game modes like Escort, Domination, or Occupy that allow players to score more kills quickly. All of these modes have both sides battling directly against one other for certain goals.
If you want to gain more XP in each game, focus on objectives in game modes such as Escort, Domination, or Occupy rather than roaming around attempting to acquire more kills. Playing objectives for your team will help you earn more objective points, resulting in greater XP after the game. For example, in an Occupy match, strive to stay in the zone to get points for your team and XP for yourself.
Furthermore, completing all the daily tasks is highly advised because these are some of the easiest ways to gain XP. Every day, the challenges are more likely to award you with 15,000 or more XP, which is a significant boost to your needs if you're aiming for the game's major challenges.
