Microsoft has confirmed four more games that will be available to its Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in the next couple of weeks, with three of those games also available to all Xbox Game Pass members. The new Xbox Game Pass announcements continue to be unpredictable since the start of the new year, but fans can rest assured that new games are still coming to the service all the time.

Microsoft kicked off the reveal of the new Xbox Game Pass games coming soon by highlighting the recently-released day one game Atomic Heart. Atomic Heart joined Xbox Game Pass just today as a day one game, but the FPS has received mixed reviews from critics. While some critics have praised the game for its first-person shooter action, other Atomic Heart reviews have highlighted its serious technical problems and other issues. Xbox Game Pass subscribers can try Atomic Heart for themselves and see what side of the fence they land on.

Those unimpressed with Atomic Heart will have to wait about a week for the next Game Pass addition. February 28 will see puzzle/auto-battler game Merge & Blade join the lineup alongside Atlus' RPG Soul Hackers 2. Both games will be available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers across the cloud, consoles, and PC.

New Xbox Game Pass Games Coming Soon List

new xbox game pass games
  • Merge & Blade (Cloud/Consoles/PC) - February 28
  • Soul Hackers 2 (Cloud/Consoles/PC) - February 28
  • F1 22 (Consoles/PC) - March 2 (Xbox Game Pass Ultimate/EA Play only)
  • Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty (Cloud/Consoles/PC) - March 3

Then on March 2, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be able to try F1 22. One of the main perks of an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is access to the EA Play library of games, which is how F1 22 is joining the lineup. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate gamers can play F1 22 through consoles and PC when the racing game is added on March 2.

Perhaps the biggest new addition listed in Microsoft's recent update is the day one release coming on March 3, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. A new Soulslike game from Team Ninja, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty could be yet another Soulslike hit for the developer, assuming it can leave up to the high bar set by its Nioh games. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will be available to play for all Xbox Game Pass subscribers across PC, consoles, and the cloud.

Microsoft didn't highlight any other new Xbox Game Pass games for March 2023 beyond Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, but previous announcements have clued fans in on some other games they can look forward to next month. The Xbox version of Valheim is coming to Game Pass on March 14, while MLB The Show 23 is joining the lineup on March 28. Indie game Way to the Woods is also penciled in for a vague March 2023 launch, though a specific release date has not been announced at the time of this writing.
