Xbox Game Pass adds Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty to its PC, cloud, and console libraries on March 3, a strongly reviewed Soulslike title. It follows March 2's addition of F1 22 to Xbox Game Pass, which is an officially-licensed Formula racing video game developed by Codemasters for the uninitiated. Kicking off the month with a strong racing title and a strong Soulslike title shows the sheer variety of the service.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is a dark fantasy action RPG set in the Three Kingdoms Period, a time and land plagued by demons. Using Chinese martial arts, a variety of weapons, a selection of Wizardry Spells, and alliances with a handful of Divine Beasts, players will be constantly fighting for survival and victory.

Aside from the PC version of the game, which has reportedly struggled with major technical performance issues, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty's reviews paint the picture of a successful spiritual successor to Nioh and Sekiro. On the review aggregate website OpenCritic, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty comes in as "Strong" with a Top Critic Average of 82 and 84% of critics recommending the title, based on a total of 86 reviews. In general, it seems the game has been praised for its approach to the genre, its new morality system, setting, and general manageable design, but some complaints were lobbied against its loot system, among other elements.

All in all, it definitely seems to be a big release for March 2023 and, in turn, a big release for Xbox Game Pass. It's a good start to the month and more games are on the way. Xbox Game Pass recently confirmed two more games for March 2023, with those being the fighting game Guilty Gear Strive on March 7 and day-one rhythm RPG Infinite Guitars on March 30. MLB The Show 23 and Way to the Woods are also confirmed to join later in the month, with Xbox Game Pass expected to confirm more in the coming week or so.

For now, the only other information really confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in March 2023 is the games leaving on the 15th. This includes F1 2020 on console and the following on PC and console:

Goat Simulator, Kentucky Route Zero: TV Edition, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, Paradise Killer, Undertale, and Zero Escape: The Nonary Games.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers get a handful of games every month.
