Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery is coming to Xbox Game Pass on October 26, bringing all three games in the Frog Detective series to Xbox One and Series X/S consoles for subscribers to check out. Microsoft likes to make its Xbox Game Pass announcements twice per month, but announcements from developers and publishers often let the cat out of the bag early.
For example, Microsoft has yet to pull the curtain back on all the new games coming to Xbox Game Pass in the second half of October 2023. But while the official announcement from Microsoft hasn't happened yet, previous release date announcements have let fans know about some of the games coming in the second half of the month regardless. They haven't gotten their official Xbox spotlight yet, but the PC version of Cities: Skylines 2 is coming on October 24, Mineko's Night Market is releasing on October 26, and both Headbangers: Rhythm Royale and Jusant are launching for the service as day one games on October 31.
Xbox Game Pass Adds 4-Player Co-Op Game
Microsoft updates its Xbox Game Pass subscription service yet again, this time adding a 4-player co-op game to the mix.
This second wave of Xbox Game Pass games for October 2023 will be joined by Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery on October 26, a collection that brings all three Frog Detective games together in a single package. Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery has been available on PC Game Pass for about a year, but now those on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S consoles can see what all the fuss is about. The Frog Detective games are first-person adventure games known for their sharp wit. The first two games earned mostly positive reviews from critics, but the third one, Corruption at Cowboy County, is widely considered to be the best entry in the series to date.
With Mineko's Night Market and the Frog Detective Collection, October 26 has become an especially busy day for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. The end of the month in general is packed with new Game Pass additions, but there will be even more to look forward to in November. Microsoft has yet to reveal all the new Xbox Game Pass games coming in November 2023, but just as a release date announcement let the cat out of the bag when it comes to Frog Detective, so too have announcements let fans know of some of the new games coming to Game Pass next month.
Fans will have to wait for November to roll around to find out about all the new games coming to Game Pass next month. In the meantime, it's been confirmed that Dungeons 4, Football Manager 2024, Persona 5 Tactica, and PlateUp are all coming to Xbox Game Pass in November 2023.
