Xbox Game Pass is having one heck of a week. Not only did Ori and the Will of the Wisps, the sequel to the 2015's Ori and the Blind Forest, launch on the platform, but two additional great games have been released since. Both Pikuniku and the State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition are now available for Game Pass subscribers on both PC and Xbox One.

Pikuniku is an indie game that likely went unnoticed by many, having launched in early 2019. It's a unique 2D puzzle and adventure game. Players take on the role of a little red ball with legs and from there things get a little crazy. Gameplay involved hopping around, collecting items, and doing small physics puzzles to keep progressing. There's also platforming involved, but it's not too harsh.

The new State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition isn't a wholly new game. State of Decay 2 has been available for almost two years now, after all. The Juggernaut Edition does provide a persuasive reason to go back, though. It's a major update for the open-world survival game. The Juggernaut Edition adds a brand new map to explore, an expanded tutorial to help players acclimate to the open world, heavy weapons, and a whole lot more.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps is also another new game on Game Pass from this past week. It's a platformer through and through, but it also has an incredibly compelling story. Ori and the Blind Forest is also on Game Pass for those who want to catch up.

All three games are downloadable and playable on either PC or Xbox One right now. They're free for all Game Pass subscribers, so long as they have the appropriate platform subscription.

All three of the new Game Pass games released of the past week had been previously announced. Microsoft reveals batches of upcoming Game Pass releases weeks ahead of time, so that subscribers can look forward to what's coming next. Typically these announcements come prior to the start and halfway point of each month. Releases for the back half of March have yet to be confirmed, so Xbox Game Pass subscribers should look forward to another announcement coming soon.
