Microsoft has updated the Xbox Game Pass lineup to add day one horror game Amnesia: The Bunker alongside Hypnospace Outlaw. Microsoft updates the Xbox Game Pass subscription service multiple times per month, with an update having already dropped earlier in June.
In fact, Microsoft kicked off June with an update that added three games to the Xbox Game Pass lineup. Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 was added to Xbox Game Pass on that day, alongside The Big Con and day one game Slayers X: Terminal Aftermath - Vengance of the Slayer. The latter is perhaps the most notable addition out of that initial batch because one of the Xbox Game Pass games added on June 6 is directly tied to it.
New Xbox Game Pass game Slayers X is actually a spin-off of Hypnospace Outlaw, available for Xbox Game Pass subscribers to play today across the cloud, Xbox consoles, and PC. Hypnospace Outlaw is described as a "90s Internet simulator," so gameplay-wise it's quite different from Slayers X, which is a first-person shooter inspired by classic FPS games from the 90s. Hypnospace Outlaw has been a part of the Xbox Game Pass lineup before, so anyone that missed out on playing it the first time around now has the opportunity to check it out again alongside day one addition Amnesia: The Bunker.

Amnesia: The Bunker is a semi-open world horror game where players find themselves solving puzzles in a World War 1-era bunker, all the while being hunted by a disturbing creature. Amnesia: The Bunker is the latest installment in the tried-and-true Amnesia horror franchise, so genre fans will definitely want to check it out through Game Pass. Like Hypnospace Outlaw, Amnesia: The Bunker is available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers across the cloud, consoles, and PC.
