The horror title is one of the more exciting games to be added to Xbox Game Pass, with Still Wakes the Deep being a day-one release for the service.

Still Wakes the Deep is not the only day-one game launching on Xbox Game Pass this summer, with Metroidvania cooking game Magical Delicacy launching July 16. Despite the game launching later this month, Still Wakes the Deep remains mostly a mystery, enticing players with its cryptic and intriguing concept.

Still Wakes the Deep is developed by The Chinese Room, the same studio behind other games, like Little Orpheus, Dear Esther, the popular horror title Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, and Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. In Still Wakes the Deep, players are placed on an isolated oil rig as they try to make sense of unexplainable supernatural occurrences. Still Wakes the Deep will be released on Xbox platforms as a day one launch, but will also be available for PC users through Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as PlayStation users on the PlayStation 5.
