A reliable leaker claims that a critically acclaimed RPG is on its way to Xbox Game Pass, with its debut supposedly being planned for June 2024.
So is the case with Magical Delicacy. Magical Delicacy was first confirmed for Xbox Game Pass last year, but now fans know that they will be able to check the game out through their subscription starting July 16. Magical Delicacy is being developed by sKaule and published by Whitehorn Games. Players take on the role of a witch named Flora who cooks meals and brews potions for the people of Grat. The game adds Metroidvania elements by making it so players are free to explore the town, but have to acquire new abilities to reach certain places. Mixing the cooking and cozy genres with Metroidvania elements is an interesting move, and it will be interesting to see if it pays off once the game launches on July 16.
Xbox Game Pass subscribers will get to play Magical Delicacy on day one without paying more than what they already do for their subscription. Those without an Xbox but are interested in the game should note that it will be available for other platforms as well. Magical Delicacy will also be available on PC (playable through PC Game Pass) and Nintendo Switch come its July 16 launch, so fans should keep that in mind.
