One lucky collector scored an impressive haul of Xbox 360 games from Goodwill. The purchase includes titles from all-time great Xbox franchises as well as some hidden gems. Retro game collecting can be an expensive hobby, but the Xbox fan was able to scoop up some nostalgic titles for a presumably good deal.

For many, the Xbox 360 easily ranks among the best video game consoles of all time. The console features one of the best gaming libraries thanks to exclusives like Halo, Forza, and Gears of War. Up to four-player co-op was available for games like Left 4 Dead, and underrated gems like Alan Wake have gone on to achieve cult status and become hits over the years. Not to mention, its online play was unmatched at the time. For all those reasons as well as general nostalgia, the Xbox 360 has become a popular library for gamers to revisit. As game collecting has become a more popular hobby, the prices of many titles have gone up, but that doesn't mean there aren't still good deals to be found.

Reddit user Bubbly-Sandwich shared their impressive haul of Xbox 360 games from Goodwill with the community. The purchase is filled with games that the collector has heard of but has yet to play. Several of the titles are multi-platform hits, but the collector even managed to score some of the best exclusive Xbox games. Overall, the Bubbly-Sandwich was able to grab 14 games: Mafia 2, Skylanders: Giants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Danger of the Ooze, Halo 4, Wheelman, Rogue Warrior, Army of Two, Blur, Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, Left 4 Dead, Naughty Bear, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Borderlands 2, and Virtua Fighter 5 Online.

Since the Xbox 360 stands as one of the best-selling video game consoles of all time, the platform enjoyed serious longevity. Largely due to its success, the console's library is massive, making it difficult to decide where to start. Again, the collector grabbed games they had heard of but hadn't played yet. As part of the post, they asked the community to recommend a title to start with. Of the haul, Mafia 2, Left 4 Dead, and the Borderlands games came highly recommended.

Deals for retro games can be found, it's just about knowing where to look and being diligent. Having a bit of good luck doesn't hurt either. Just recently, another gamer scored an amazing Xbox and PlayStation haul from Facebook Marketplace for free. Flea markets and garage sales have also been good places to check for those chasing an epic find like these fortunate gamers.
