WWE stars Cody Rhodes, Kayden Carter, Sami Zayn, and Shayna Baszler recently revealed their top five favorite video games to UpUpDownDown's Xavier Woods. WWE has had a close relationship with the video game industry for decades, with a number of games released over the years based on the world-famous pro wrestling promotion. And while there may not have been many gamers on WWE rosters of yesteryear, it's safe to say that there are many current WWE stars who grew up playing video games and still play them to this day.

This is evident by the long-running UpUpDownDown, a video game YouTube channel run by WWE star Xavier Woods. UpUpDownDown features a wide variety of gaming content and often sees WWE stars competing against each other in video game competitions. While it built its base on YouTube, UpUpDownDown has expanded to other platforms, including the hugely popular social media/video sharing app TikTok.

A recent trend on the UpUpDownDown TikTok page has seen host Xavier Woods approach various WWE superstars and ask them about their favorite games of all time. So far, this has included Sami Zayn, Shayna Baszler, Kayden Carter, and Cody Rhodes, with attempts to get lists out of Nia Jax and Katana Chance that weren't quite as successful.

As far as Cody Rhodes goes, this isn't the first time that the WWE megastar has talked about his love of video games. Rhodes used to wear boots with the iconic Triforce symbol from The Legend of Zelda on them, and he previously hailed Ocarina of Time as the best Zelda game during an appearance on Stone Cold Steve Austin's Broken Skull Sessions video podcast. Notably, that same podcast saw Stone Cold claim that Breath of the Wild was the best Zelda game.
