  • WWE 2K24 reveals superstar ratings, causing controversy over Gunther and Logan Paul sharing a 90 overall rating.
  • Cody Rhodes' 93 rating sparks fan complaints as well.

WWE 2K24 has revealed even more superstar ratings, including some controversial ones, like record-breaking Intercontinental Champion Gunther having the same 90 overall rating as Logan Paul. WWE 2K24 promises to feature a massive roster of superstars from Raw, SmackDown, NXT, and WWE's storied past.

Recently, WWE 2K24 pulled the curtain back on six superstar ratings, revealing Rhea Ripley's 96 overall, Logan Paul's 90, Kevin Owens' 86, Dominik Mysterio's 83, The Miz's 81, and Zelina Vega's 74. Now WWE 2K24 has revealed even more of the overall ratings for various superstars, though some fans may take issue with the ratings assigned to stars like "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes and the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time, Gunther.

2K Games reveals eight more wrestlers that will be featured in the WWE 2K24, including returning fan-favorites from 2K23 and series newcomers.

Despite Gunther's dominating title run that has seen him soundly defeat all-comers, he has a 90 overall rating, the same as Logan Paul. Now, Logan Paul has rarely lost in WWE and is the current United States Champion, not to mention he's incredibly talented in the ring, and so his rating should be high. However, Paul is a part-time performer and simply does not have all that many victories under his belt compared to Gunther, and so both stars having a 90 overall rating has caused some fans to raise their eyebrows on social media. It's not that Paul doesn't deserve his 90, but it seems like Gunther should be higher.

WWE 2K24 Ratings

  • Rhea Ripley - 96
  • Cody Rhodes - 93

  • Jey Uso - 90
  • Logan Paul - 90

  • Solo Sikoa - 86
  • Jimmy Uso - 84
  • Dominik Mysterio - 83
  • The Miz - 81
  • Chad Gable - 80
  • Johnny Gargano - 74

Some WWE fans have also complained about Cody Rhodes only having a 93 overall rating when he's the company's top babyface and has only lost a couple of singles matches these past couple of years. While Rhodes came up short at WrestleMania 39 in his match against Roman Reigns, he has otherwise been dominant, becoming one of the few superstars to ever win the Royal Rumble in consecutive years. Rhodes is so popular that the fans have essentially willed him into a match with Reigns at WrestleMania 40, and so it's understandable that some feel like he's being shortchanged with his WWE 2K24 rating.

It's worth pointing out that while many think Cody Rhodes deserves a higher rating in WWE 2K24, his rating in this year's game is at least higher than last year's. The version of Cody Rhodes featured on the WWE 2K23 roster has a 91 overall rating, so at least there's been some improvement.
