Before creating a First Blood Match in WWE 2K24, you must activate the blood option in the game's settings. Use the following steps to change whether a wrestler can bleed in a match:

First Blood Settings

• Press the R1/RB button to find the Options menu from the home screen.
• Highlight and select Gameplay.
• Scroll down the gameplay list and switch Blood on.
• Then save the options.
