In what many consider to be the "Superbowl of Wrestling", WWE's Wrestlemania looks to bring many of the company's biggest rivalries and stories to a climatic end before starting anew the following day. In this annual "Showcase of the Immortals", professional wrestlers are given a platform to put on their best and most memorable performances, with many famous superstars having career-defining matches at the fabled event.
In the latest video game release for the company, WWE 2K24, the spotlight is on Wrestlemania more than ever as it looks to celebrate its 40th anniversary with Wrestlemania XL (40), which is headlined by the highly anticipated rematch between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. Before the event arrives, however, players can relive some of the best matches from Wrestlemania's storied history in the WWE 2K24 Wrestlemania Showcase mode. One particular match of interest is the 2020 bout between 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt and John Cena. Here is everything you need to know to complete match 17 of the Showcase, titled "The Firefly Fun House".

WWE 2K24 The Firefly Fun House Objectives (Match 17)
Unlike the other matches featured in the WWE 2K24 Wrestlemania Showcase, there isn't a great amount of actual wrestling involved in the Firefly Fun House Match. The match was the first of its kind and was a direct result of COVID-19 not allowing fans to be present at the event. With a lack of live audiences, WWE was able to play into Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend' persona and the supernatural abilities the character had. As such, you will find that much of this match centers around the cutscenes and cinematics.
With that said, the Firefly Fun House Match challenge in the Showcase mode is one of the most generous when it comes to rewarding players for 100% completion, as it has the highest number of rewards. There are a total of eight objectives you need to complete in order to achieve 100% on the challenge, which are listed below:

Now Grab Cena in the ring for a Choking Headbutt so you can stare into his very soul! | When Cena is standing in front of you, press Circle/B to initiate a grab, followed by Square/X and up on the left stick. |
The Fireflies would love to see you punish Cena's Torso until Moderate Damage occurs! | Continue to attack Cena, focusing your attacks on his torso area. Wyatt has a number of grabs that slam opponents into the mat, as well as some diving attacks to target the area. |
And continue to destroy him from within! | Continue to attack Cena in any way that you can. The objective is completed once the meter under the instructions is filled. |
Surprise Cena with a Rear Heavy Attack in the ring! | When standing in front of Cena, flick the right stick to the left or right to strike him and change the direction he is facing. From there, press the X/A button to initiate a Heavy Attack while his back is turned. |
He's starting to crumble! Keep at it and Cena's going down! | Keep doing damage to Cena to fill up the meter. He may start telegraphing your offense, so be sure to mix up your attacks between light and heavy. |
Now seems like the perfect time to reintroduce Cena to Sister Abigail! | With your Signature Meter filled and Cena standing in front of you, press R2/RT and Square/X to perform Sister Abigail. You can find the meter under your name, which is distinguishable by its light blue color. |
And your Mandible Claw in the ring should be good enough to begin to put the finishing touches on Cena! | With a Finisher stored, indicated by the yellow bar with an F under your name, press R2/RT and X/A to perform a Mandible Claw and put Cena out of his misery. |

Match 17 of the WWE 2K24 Wrestlemania Showcase has the highest number of rewards, which can be attributed to the number of personas that both competitors assumed during the match, and the unique arena in which they fought one another. Perhaps the biggest reward for completing this challenge is "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt, an incredibly popular alter ego of Wyatt himself. Given his untimely passing in 2023, players will be eager to get their hands on The Fiend and relive his bone-chilling aura and unnerving offensive strategies.
