The period between March and April each year is a particularly exciting time for fans of wrestling and wrestling games, as sports entertainment giant WWE embarks on its annual road to Wrestlemania, the biggest event of the year. WWE 2K24 looks to go big for this year's virtual wrestling experience, evident in the three game modes being made available for purchase. For this year's title, players will have the choice between the Standard, Deluxe, and Forty Years of Wrestlemania Editions, each with an increasing amount of bonus content, DLCs, and alternative attires for some of the game's top stars. Here is what to expect with each edition of the game.

WWE 2K24 Standard Edition - $69.99

For those looking to purchase the base game without any additional bells and whistles, the Standard Edition will come with the base game alone. With that said, any purchase of the base game, regardless of the edition you buy, will also entitle you to a 1-month subscription to streaming service Peacock and the ability to play WWE 2K24 on older-generation consoles in PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

WWE 2K24 Deluxe Edition - $99.99

As the name would suggest, the Deluxe Edition of WWE 2K24 comes with some additional content for wrestling fans to enjoy alongside the base game. While all editions of WWE 2K24 are jam-packed with content, there is also a significant bonus you can claim if you choose to pre-order the game ahead of its March 8, 2024, release. For those who purchase the Standard Edition ahead of launch day, you will be able to claim the Nightmare Family Pack as is included in the Deluxe Edition.

On top of that, 2K Sports is also gifting players who pre-order WWE 2K24 a whole additional game, which may be of particular interest to those who didn't play last year's installment. All pre-orders of WWE 2K24 will also include the full Standard Edition of the previous year's WWE 2K23. With that said, it should be noted that the additional game is only available for digital pre-orders.
