The Wintry Bell is a Wuthering Waves flower, known to never really withered. The Resonator ascension material blooms on the high shores of Tolling Stream in Gorges of Spirits, where it rises again and again every time the giant Turtoise’s bell resonates.
Collecting the Wintry Bell in Wuthering Waves will help Rovers ascend characters like Yangyang, Aalto, and Sanhua in Wuthering Waves. Doing so will strengthen their team characters and ensure their durability during battle or explorations in Solaris-3.

Wintry Bell Locations In Wuthering Waves
Huanglong is home to over 40 Wintry Bells. Around 30 of the ascension flowers are found scattered around the Bell-Borne Geochelone weekly boss in Wuthering Waves, while 15 of them can be bought from Koko’s Shifang Pharmacy. To collect the first 30 Wintry Bells from Tolling Stream in Gorges of Spirits:
- Fast travel to Huanglong-Gorges of Spirits Resonance Beacon.
- Leap to the northwestern side of the cliff to arrive at the first two Wintry Bells location in Wuthering Waves.
- Go south to collect the next two Wintry Bells.
- Continue down the southern path.
- Defeat the Hoartoises lingering by the next two ascension flowers or avoid them to collect the flower.
- Stride down along the shore in the same direction.
- Collect four more Wintry Bells.
- Cross the water toward the southwestern coast.
- Avoid the enemies or defeat them.
- Grab three Wintry Bells.
- March southwest again to collect one Wintry Bell.
- Head toward the road that leads to the mountaintop, but be careful as the road leading to it is packed with enemies.
- Grab two Wintry Bells along the way.
- Go northwest.
- Collect two Wintry Bells, surrounded by Geohide Saurian.
- Climb the western south ledge.
- Grab the Wintry Bell beside the bush.
- Run to the mountain’s northeastern cliff.
- Get the Wintry Bell blooming on it.
- Leap off of it and land straight beneath it.
- Collect the Wintry Bell from this location in Wuthering Waves.
- Move east toward the shore’s end.
- Collect two more flowers along the way.
- Turn northeast.
- Jump toward the small mountain.
- Acquire three Wintry Bells from it.
- Leap from the mountain’s southwestern edge.
- Grab another two Wintry Bells.
- Run toward the northeastern shore of Tolling Stream.
- Collect the last two Wintry Bells, which are found in front and behind the bush.
After collecting the ascension flowers, players can purchase the next 15 Wintry Bells from a merchant in Huanglong, Jinzhou in Wuthering Waves.
Where To Buy Wintry Bell In Wuthering Waves
Just like all Wuthering Waves Resonator ascension flowers, Rover can purchase the Wintry Bell from Shifang Pharmacy in Jinzhou. The pharmacist will have 15 ascension flowers in her shop, each of which will cost 3,000 Shell Credits.
Purchasing all the Wintry Bell flowers from Koko will cost 45,000 Shell Credits in total. Shell Credits can be earned while exploring the vast lands of Huanglong, collecting chests, and completing Wuthering Waves challenges.
