Wuthering Waves is an RPG set in an open world where you explore every nook and cranny of a twisted island, full of mysteries. Although there are many quests, missions, and challenges that take place in this vast environment, traveling through this vast environment on foot can be quite time-consuming.

Luckily, there is a way that spares you from going through this ordeal of walking around; the fast travel system, which instantly teleports your character to the desired location. However, unlocking this particular feature comes with some requirements. This guide aims to provide you with all the necessary information on how you can unlock this handy feature and fast travel in Wuthering Waves.

How to Fast Travel in Wuthering Waves

To fast-travel in Wuthering Waves, you will either need a Resonance Beacon or a Resonance Nexus. Resonance Beacons are small devices spread across the world that you can interact with to transport instantly to specific locations in the game.

On the other hand, Resonance Nexuses are larger versions of Beacons, which serve as fast travel hubs. They not only transport you but also provide healing for your party and revive any fallen member of your team. Unlike Resonance Beacons, which are commonly found throughout the map, Resonance Nexuses are much rarer.

To use Resonance Beacons and Resonance Nexuses for fast-travel, firstly, you'll need to thoroughly explore the entire map and activate all 11 Resonance Nexuses and 68 Resonance Beacons.

How to Unlock Fast Travel in Wuthering Waves

In order to unlock the fast travel system in Wuthering Waves, your adventure begins during the Prologue quest, where you'll obtain your first Resonance Beacon. This milestone marks the start of your fast travel journey in the game. As you progress in the game, you'll experience your first fast travel when you arrive in Jinzhou and meet Jinhsi in City Hall.

How to Use Fast Travel System

To use the fast travel system, first press the M key on your keyboard to open the game's map. This will display the entire game world, including all discovered Resonance Nexuses and Resonance Beacons. After opening the map, navigate, and select the Resonance Nexus or Resonance Beacon you wish to travel to.

Once you've chosen your destination, click on the fast travel button. This action will activate the teleportation process. After clicking Fast Travel, your character will be swiftly transported to the selected location within a few seconds.
