Wuthering Waves has many enemies in its database for players to farm. Most of the enemies in the game can be defeated and equipped with characters; these enemies are called Echos. In addition to the elite, boss, and overlord enemies, there are special ones in the game that vary in their level of difficulty.

The special enemies in Wuthering Waves are easily identifiable due to the glowing red aura they emit. Their HP levels range from Level 40 to Level 120. They work the same way as normal enemies, except their attacks can one-shot your party. This guide will list all the locations for each enemy, from easiest to hardest difficulty.

Carapace: Engine Zero Location

Level 25

Wuthering Waves- Carapace_ Engine Zero Location

Located north of the Resonance Beacon in Qichi Village, the Carapace can be found just past the outpost building. This enemy deals in specific AoE DMG through jumping attacks and arm slashes. If you manage to defeat this enemy, you will be awarded with the trophy: Love, Death, And Abandoned Cars.

Viridblaze Saurian Location

Level 30

Wuthering Waves- Viridblaze Saurian Location

The Viridblaze Saurian is located in an open field southeast of Loong’s Gaze Suburbs. You can use the Resonance Beacon in the area and head west to find it near some skeletal remains. Defeating it will give players the achievement: The “Ultimate.”

Autopuppet Scout Location

Level 40

Wuthering Waves- Autopuppet Scout

The Autopuppet Scout is located a few hundred meters away from Tiderise Cliff. Since it’s near the shoreline, it's easier to use the Resonance Nexus at the other end, and just glide over the water to reach it. The Autopuppet deals massive Glacio DMG to its surroundings and can generate up to three Ice Walls to block enemies. Players will have to carefully maneuver their way through this fight to beat it. After doing so, you can claim the trophy: Protocol 3. A-attack!

Wasteland Bellower Location

Level 40

Wuthering Waves- Wasteland Bellower Location

Players can find this special enemy in the Shattered Blocks. You can reach it by using the Resonance Nexus in the Corroded Ruins, and flying over to the location. Defeating it will reward players with the trophy: Dance With The Wolves.

Sabyrkin Location

Level 50

Wuthering Waves- Sabyrkin Location

The Sabyrkin is similar to a mutant warthog. Its tusks are the main damage dealer and can easily knock characters off their feet. If you manage to defeat it, you will receive the trophy: Wild Boar Forest Rampage.

You can find the Sabyrkin near the Distribution Centre. Just teleport to the Resonance Beacon near the Tacet Field and head west. You will find the boar near a hill with some skeletal remains around it.

Illuminator Theatre Location

Level 60

Wuthering Waves- Illuminator Theatre Location

To find this enemy, use the Resonance Beacon at Misty Coast and head north up the broken road. The Illuminator Theatre is pretty easy to spot. However, keep in mind that there are three of them. Beating them will award players with the trophy: Safety First!

Roseshroom Mutant Location

Level 60

Wuthering Waves- Roseshroom Mutant Location

Located west of Donglu Research Station, the Roseshroom Mutant can be found at the base of a waterfall. There will be two of them in the water with minor enemies surrounding them. Defeat them, and you can claim the achievement: Plant vs Zombie Roseshroom?

Scorpion’s Nest Location

Level 70

Wuthering Waves- Scorpion’s Nest Location

The Scorpion’s Nest enemies are located in a cave not far from Tiger’s Maw Mine. If you teleport to the Resonance Nexus and head north, you will see a cave below you. It will be near a watchtower with some enemies, so defeat them first before going in.

There may be a door that you will need to unlock to get to these enemies. The password for the door is 2457. The achievement: Empty The Nest will be awarded to players who kill all three of them.

Fractsidus Follower Location

Level 80

Wuthering Waves- Fractsidus Follower Location

The Fractsidus Followers can be found on a highway in the Sea of Flames. The only way to get there is by teleporting to the main Resonance beacon and running up the highway until you reach the location indicated in the above image. Once you reach the end, you will spot some normal level Fractsidus enemies. Stick to your right and jump off the edge. You should be able to spot the three of them right below you. If you defeat them all, you will get the achievement: Debut Project Of The Big Three!

Obelisk Guardian Location

Level 85

Wuthering Waves- Obelisk Guardian Location

The Obelisk Guardian is located on the highest cliff in Camp Overwatch. You will need to use the Resonance Beacon west of the map and then run up the cliff. The enemy will be sitting beside a rock, making it pretty easy to spot. You will be able to claim the Just A Rock achievement after defeating him.

Prism Heart Location

Level 90

Wuthering Waves- Prism Heart Location

Before you can locate this boss, you will need to fully unlock the Forbidden Forest and cleanse the Giant Banyan tree. This can be done with the help of the Exploration Quest: Dim Forest. Since the enemy is located on a cliff, it will be easier to teleport to the Resonance Nexus and head up the mountains. The boss is located south of the Resonance Nexus in the Forbidden Forest and southwest of the Giant Banyan tree. You’ll receive the Prism Party trophy upon completion.

Young Murmurin Location

Level 100

Wuthering Waves- Young Murmurin Location

There are three Young Murmurin that players need to defeat in orderto complete this challenge. They are located near the Violet Banyan, but the easiest way to reach them is by using the Resonance Beacon south of Thorny Passage.

The three of them specialize in elemental attacks, so make sure to keep your distance and dodge. You will get the trophy: Not My Match! after winning the fight.

Twin Heron Location

Level 110

Wuthering Waves- Twin Heron Location

These two make up one of the deadliest fights on the list. the Twin Herons are very quick, making it extremely hard to dodge their attacks. You can find the Herons in a pond, west of the Resonance Beacon in Whining Aix's Mire. After winning this fight, you can obtain the ‘Though I Can’t Fly’ achievement.

Spearback King Location

Level 120

Wuthering Waves- Spearback King Location

The Spearback King is one of the toughest enemies in the game, and is extremely hard to defeat. If players find it difficult, they can wait to level up their Resonators before trying again.

You can find the monsters in a cave underneath the Plateau Ruins. If you have unlocked the Depths of Illusive Realm, teleport there and then head west to find the bear at the base of a tree. If not, teleport to the Resonance Beacon south of the Plateau Ruins and glide down to the area. You can get the achievement: Here Comes The Bear after defeating it.

Wild Gorilla Location

Level 120

Wuthering Waves- Wild Gorilla Location

The Wild Gorilla is the only other Level 120 enemy, and it is just as difficult to fight as the Spearback King. It is located in the Thorny Passage sub-region, and you can reach it by going south from the Resonance Beacon in the area. The Gorilla is out in the open, so it’s pretty easy to spot. Defeating it will give players the Gorilla Gazer trophy.
