The main story follows the Rover’s official journey across Solaris-3. As they familiarize themselves with Jinzhou, they come to learn about its inhabitants and the various connections it has with the surrounding sub-regions.
The Court of Savantae is as eerie as it sounds, and players will have a chance to visit the area during the Rewinding Raindrops Main Quest. This quest is in Chapter 1, Act 5 of the main quest chain, and can only be unlocked after completing the prerequisite, Clashing Blades. Additionally, players have to ascend their Rank to Level 3. This can be done through the SOL3 Phase Ascension: Phase 1 Tutorial Quest, which will automatically pop up upon reaching Union Level 20. You need to be above Union Level 21 to gain access to the quest.

How To Turn On The Electricity In the Rewinding Raindrops Quest
Once you reach the Court of Savantae ruins, you need to find some battery packs to activate the facility’s elevator.
- Follow the yellow marker to the upper level where Encore is, and pick up the Green Battery Pack next to her. Place it in the green switch towards your left to unlock the red barrier.
- You’ll then be able to enter a new room and interact with the two holograms. Once you have searched the place for clues, go back outside and pick up the two Green Battery Packs leaning on the doorway. Take them to the locked room with two green switches. Encore will not be standing in front of this door.
- If you cannot find two Green Battery Packs near the doorway, they should be in the middle of the room. There have been instances where the location of the battery packs differs for each player.
- Place the battery pack in one of the green switches. Take the other Green Battery Pack lying next to the switch and place it inside the panel. This will remove the red barrier and unlock the room. (Once again, if there is no Battery Pack lying next to the panel, go back to the room where Encore is and take that Green Battery Pack off).
- Go back to the room Encore is standing in front of, take the Green Battery Pack from the wall, and go back to the previous room with the Transducer. Use the Transducer to switch the battery from green to red.
- If you already used the Green Battery Pack in the second scenario, go back to the room with the hologram chest, and there should be a Battery Pack lying next to it. Pick that one up, take it to the Transducer, and switch the colors.
- Once the battery is red, take it out and head across to the room with one red switch and one green switch. It will be to the left of your screen.
- Go back to the room with the two green light switches and take one of them out. Place this one in the empty green switch in the second locked room.
- The room will open, and you’ll have to fight some Tacet Discords. After doing so, activate the device on the wall.
