Where To Find All NPC Locations For The Clear Soup Recipe
Uncle Li Location
Uncle Li can be tricky to find as he is only available during certain times of the day. He will always be standing in front of Panhua Restaurant. He also only shows up between the hours of 6AM and 5PM. You can always change the in-game time so that you’re there to catch him before he leaves. Players should make sure to click on the prompt "Gourmet Rumours" to trigger the process.
Panhua Location
This is the owner of Panhua Restaurant in Jinzhou. You can find her inside the stall and if you speak to her, she’ll tell you how to make part of the soup. You can teleport to the Resonance Nexus in the city and head upstairs to the shop.

Mahe Location
Mahe will be inside Mahe’s Grocery, which is right next to Panhua Restaurant. He sells various cooking ingredients, thus you can not only ask for the next part of the Clear Soup Recipe, but also purchase goods from him.
Koko Location
Koko owns Shifang Pharmacy, and she has the final part of the recipe. Her store is located south of Panhua Restaurant. You can always walk there or use the Resonance Beacon right next to it. You'll need to head to the lower floor of Jinzhou City to find her.
Once you have collected all parts of the recipe, head to the cooking station back at Panhua Restaurant to make the dish. Since you have now collected all the advice from the 4 NPCs, you can now use the necessary ingredients to create as many Clear Soups as you need.
