Warlock Best in Slot Gear in WotLK

This Best In Slot guide for Warlocks in Wrath of the Lich King Classic covers all three specializations: Demonology, Affliction, and Destruction. Players want to be able to put out the best DPS possible, and therefore will want to make sure they are working toward the best gear possible to help them achieve this.

Best In Slot (BiS) Gear Pre-Raid For Warlocks in WotLK

In this PreBis list for the Warlock in WotLk, we will only show sources within the Wrath Classic content. Some items from The Burning Crusade raids are still powerful to use, but would be very difficult to obtain now without a full raid to go back and clear Sunwell, for example. For this reason, we only include items you can reasonably obtain in Wrath content. Note that all three specs of Warlocks (Demonology, Destruction, and Affliction) have the same BIS set. Make sure you mix and match within each category if you have already hit stat caps such as the hit cap.

In the 2-Handed Weapon slot, you have three main options, all from heroic drops.

If you end up getting a great 1-handed weapon, you will want a great off-hand to go with it. The best option here is to choose the Ward of the Violet Citadel as only 25 Emblem of Heroism. There are other options, but as this cost and time required, it is a no-brainer.
