As you progress through the MoP Remix level-up experience, you will eventually gain the ability to upgrade your gear. Gear in MoP Remix can be used from Level 10 all the way to the max level of 70, and it's worth learning this system in case you find a piece of armor that you like the look (or stats) of.

All nine classes in World of Warcraft Classic got major updates in the Season of Discovery – but which class should you play in SoD?

Getting gear is relatively simple, as you will be given a swathe of options by completing just about any activity in MoP Remix. But upgrading it can be a little trickier, and requires you to collect a new currency – Bronze – and comes with some level-based restrictions.

How To Get Bronze in MoP Remix

WoW Remix Get Bronze Guide Quest Source

To get Bronze MoP Remix players simply need to do anything in Pandaria with a Timerunner character. It's no understatement to say that the smallest activities can still yield Bronze, like killing basic world mobs and completing tutorial quests.

Of course, you can get Bronze from other activities too, like dungeons, raids, scenarios, PvP, and questing. Bronze is one of the rewards you get for opening Caches of Infinite Potential, which can be acquired via quests. Higher-level content will reward more Bronze than simpler content – downing Garrosh at the end of the Siege of Orgrimmar will give you a lot more Bronze than killing a random Hozen while adventuring.

The maximum amount of Bronze you can carry far exceeds the cost of the priciest MoP remix items combined, so don't worry about hitting the limit of 2,000,000 too fast. The event will last for more than three months, which is plenty of time to upgrade MoP Remix gear and get the cosmetics you want.

Once you have acquired a decent chunk of Bronze, it's time to start upgrading your MoP Remix gear. If you like a weapon or piece of armor that you acquire early in the event, you don't have to abandon it for another piece just because it's a higher level.

To upgrade gear MoP Remix players should find the Item Upgrades vendor in any of the major hubs of Pandaria (and even some locations outside of these major cities). One of the first players will run into is Momentus in the Jade Forest, the Infinite Dragonflight dragonkin that you initially meet during the MoP Remix intro tutorial

Drag the piece of gear you want to upgrade into the slot at the top of the screen in the Item Upgrades menu. It will display your current item on the left side, and a preview of the next upgrade tier on the right.

The Bronze cost to upgrade to the next tier is highlighted at the bottom of the screen. Simply confirm that you have enough Bronze and click the Upgrade button to raise the stats on your gear.

Limits on MoP Remix Gear Upgrades

Every piece of gear can be upgraded all the way to, and all the way through, the MoP Remix endgame, though there are two important limitations. Until Level 60, new tiers of gear upgrades unlock every five levels (to from 1/36 at 10 to 11/26 at 60). Then, every level from 60 to 70 grants another tier (11/60 to 21/60).

While leveling, you are only able to upgrade gear to a maximum of 21/36. The last 15 levels unlock when you reach the max level of 70, at which point all your gear must be of the same level to continue upgrading it.

For example, if your gear is mostly 25/36 upgrade level, but you have some pieces of a lower level, you need to upgrade the lower-level ones to 25 before anything can be upgraded to 26/36.
