6 The Fight With High-End Left Scars On Endeavor
High-End was Garaki's second super-advanced Nomu to strike fear in the hearts of the heroes of Japan. Because of its seemingly infinite regenerative capacity, defeating it required Endeavor to burn it to its molecular structure.
However, the battle was not without a heavy price. As if that wasn't bad enough, High-End also stabbed Endeavor across the face, creating a scar that will never heal. The scar on Endeavor's face is seen as a symbol of his penance, and it serves to set him apart from the person he was before the show's inception.
5 Midoriya's Whole Body Was Shattered During The U.A Entry Exam
Midoriya unleashed the entire might of One For All to rescue Uraraka during the admission test. He sprang into the air and smashed the gadget with such force that it shattered on the spot. Nonetheless, Midoriya's reckless discharge of One For All shattered every one of his skeleton's fragments.
He was unable to stop his fall, and if Uraraka hadn't used "Zero Gravity" to save his life, he would have certainly perished. Even if Recovery Girl had helped Midoriya recover from his wounds, he would still go on to ruin himself in fights in subsequent episodes.
4 Endeavor Almost Completely Destroyed Shigaraki Body Despite His Power Upgrade
The operations performed by Garaki greatly improved Shigaraki's physique. Shigaraki was not, however, completely impervious to harm; when the professional heroes banded together to fight him, he was quickly worn down, but only because of Erasure being kept active on his body. When Endeavor used the full power of his Quirk after Aizawa crippled Shigaraki, he really came into his own in the battle.
Shigaraki's enhanced regenerative ability wasn't enough to keep up with the severity of the fire damage to his body. Shigaraki's battle scars were still evident after the criminals almost fled, which All For One used as cover to take control of his body.
3 Overhaul Obliterated Compress' Arm Causing Him To Used A Prosthetic One
The first gathering between Overhaul and the League had disappointing results. The two leaders came into conflict because they each wanted to take over the other's organization. Overhaul swiftly eliminated Magne, setting off a killing frenzy among the League.
Though Compress tried to marbleize Overhaul, Overhaul was far quicker. Overhaul totally destroyed Compress' arm and desire to fight after he avoided the first strike. Compress was left with a lifelong disability, and while he received a bionic arm, he was unable to use it to control his power.
2 Overhaul's Hands Were Severed When The League Of Villians Ambushed Him
It didn't take long for the League to see an opportunity in Overhaul's setback. They surprised him and his entourage in order to exact some long-overdue retribution. Shigaraki snatched one of Compress's hands as he degraded the other. With no way to exploit his Quirk, Overhaul was effectively unarmed literally.
Since Shigaraki deemed it crueler for Overhaul to live with defeat than to be killed instantly, he opted to spare his life. Overhaul is no longer a danger since his group was disbanded by the government.
1 All Might's Battle With All For One Permanently Marred His Face And Blinded Him
Once All Might got back from the States, he was on a mission of revenge. Off-screen, he engaged in a fight with All For One and gave him a blow that shattered a large piece of his face. As a result, All For One was permanently scarred and impaired, and for the remainder of his life, he had to depend on scavenged Quirks to restore his vision.
Additionally, he was coerced into using a respirator that he needed for survival. All For One regularly brought up the event, portraying All Might's opponent's actions as an attempt on his life. However, it has not been established whether or not it was All Might's intended meaning.
