World of Warcraft just revealed eight more Hero Talent trees coming in The War Within. Druid, Evoker, Paladin, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior players now have a better idea as to how their World of Warcraft classes will play once The War Within releases later this year.

Hero Talents are one of the headlining features of The War Within. Each of these special Talent trees is shared by two of a class' specializations once they are unlocked at level 71, and provide powerful passive – and occasionally active – abilities that help capture a specific type of class fantasy while also changing the appearance of certain World of Warcraft abilities.

Though fans knew the names of all 39 Hero Talents coming in The War Within, World of Warcraft had only revealed the contents of eight of the trees. However, Blizzard recently revealed eight more Hero Talent trees in a World of Warcraft blog post: Elune’s Chosen and Wildstalker Druid, Scalecommander Evoker, Herald of the Sun and Templar Paladin, Trickster Rogue, Diabolist Warlock, and Colossus Warrior. The Elune’s Chosen Hero Talent available for Balance and Guardian Druids in WoW, is all about Astral damage, increasing the output of their moon-based attacks. Feral and Restoration Druids can choose Wildstalker to increase both the damage and healing capabilities of their Cat form by spawning Bloodseeker Vines and Symbiotic Blooms from certain attacks and spells.

For World of Warcraft Paladins, the Herald of the Sun for Holy and Retribution create Sunspots under their targets to damage enemies and heal allies. Meanwhile, Protection and Retribution Paladins that take the Templar Hero Talent tree can follow up their Eye of Tyr or Wake of Ashes cooldowns with Hammer of Light to drop massive Empyrean Hammers on their foes.

Scalecommander Evokers of Devastation or WoW's newest Augmentation specializations transform their Eruption and Disintigrate spells into AoEs that mark targets for Bombardment, and can steer their flying breath abilities. Outlaw and Subtlety Rogues who choose Trickster gain the ability to Faze enemies with skills like Feint, increasing the Trickster’s damage done and reducing their damage taken.

Demonology and Destruction Warlocks can choose Diabolist to summon Overlords, Mothers of Chaos, or Pit Lords by spending Soul Shards on other abilities. Colossus, available to Arms and Protection warriors, gets the active Demolish ability to deal huge damage to a target that is further empowered by their abilities, and permanently becomes larger than other characters of their race. World of Warcraft players can expect to see the rest of the unrevealed Hero Talent trees in the months leading up to The War Within’s release.
