The replica of Arthas’ Lich King armor consists of 21 custom-fit pieces which were perfectly sized over the course of three fittings. The armor itself was begun before the pandemic and during Luke’s battle with leukemia, taking 40 months–nearly three and a half years–in total to complete. The costume itself looks to be of high quality, but without being overly cumbersome.

The Lich King costume was commissioned by the Make-A-Wish foundation and built by Hoku Props, a cosplay and prop design studio with an impressive gallery of costumes and props from video games and animation. Run by cosplay duo Chad and Sammy Hoku, the group has created several impressive costumes ranging from Dante from the Devil May Cry series and Trevor Belmont and Sypha from the Castlevania show. They also have created medals, trophies, and banners for several eSports events and cosplay contests.

He also showed off a few fantastic extra pictures of the costume which feature a replica of Frostmourne.
