The first step toward completing this quest is to collect eight Primal Flame Fragments, items that can be looted from the mobs that appear near the coordinates 69.4, 64.8. For full clarity, this location has been marked on the map that is below, and World of Warcraft players should simply slay all the mobs that they encounter upon arrival. After doing this for a short time, fans should have the Primal Flame Fragments that they need and will be free to move onto the next part of the quest.
Specifically, that next part is to use the Primal Flame Fragments to form the Orb of Primal Flame, and it is intended that players perform this action by simply clicking on the stack of Primal Flame Fragments in their bags. However, clicking on the stack does not always lead to the creation of the Orb of Primal Flame, and sometimes players will not even see the Primal Flame Fragments in their inventory. If an MMORPG fan encounters either of these issues, it is recommended that they try these two workarounds:
- Enter /use Primal Flame Fragment into the chat box.
- Leave The Waking Shores and try to use the Primal Flame Fragments again.
Once players have finally created the Orb of Primal Flame, they should make their way to Elementalist Taiyang in the Life Vault Ruins. This structure is just a short distance to the north of the area where the Primal Flame Fragments were collected, and an in-game waypoint will lead fans directly to it. Upon locating this WoW NPC, players should hand over the Orb of Primal Flame in order to claim some Gold, XP, and Valdrakken Accord Reputation.
Of these rewards, it is the reputation that is perhaps the most valuable. Indeed, this reputation will push players ever closer to increasing their Renown with the Valdrakken Accord and accessing the rewards that are made available by this major faction in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight.
