World of Warcraft reveals a spooktacular reward via Prime Gaming that players with a subscription to Amazon Prime can get for free.

As they enter Amirdrassil and face nine new World of Warcraft bosses, players will have the chance to earn all sorts of cool items. One such drop, the Hearthstone of Flame, is a new cosmetic that can replace their default hearthstone. When used, the hearthstone conjures pillars of exploding fire that gradually enclose upon the player, teleporting them to their home base after they form together in an explosion. This toy drops from Larodar, Keeper of the Flame–the fifth boss in the raid–on every difficulty, so players will be able to farm this cosmetic without too much difficulty as they progress through the encounters.

Cosmetic hearthstones are highly prized collectibles. Some events in World of Warcraft, including Hallow’s End and the limited-time Diablo 4 crossover event, feature these toys, as do certain permanent parts of the game, like Dragonflight's new Eredar customization Draenei quest or the Shadowlands Covenants. They do not provide any game benefits, but their unique animations make them coveted by many fans.

Fans are excited to see a cosmetic hearthstone as a reward from a World of Warcraft raid. Usually, the only things players can expect to get from a raid besides gear are mounts, so having the chance to get these unique items via raid drops is a big plus. Many fans can’t wait to use it on their Fire Mages, Destruction Warlocks, or their Druid of the Flame-themed characters in World of Warcraft.

Were that not enough of a reason to venture into Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope, players can get other amazing rewards inside the raid. In addition to the new tier sets, Fyrakk, the final boss, drops a fiery owl mount that players can ride or World of Warcraft Druids can transform into, customizations that change their Dragonriding drakes into the Primal Incarnate, and a new Legendary two-handed axe called Fyr’alath, the Dream Render.

World of Warcraft is available now for PC.
