As players find legendary treasures in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, they'll have a mind focused on that endgame build. Part of the fun of a Soulslike game is finding a weapon, armor, and skill combination that fits the gamer just right. When somebody sells the Master Smith Hammer for a ridiculous price, it's natural that gamers assume this is a powerful weapon.

And yet this is one of the worst and perhaps the worst weapon to use in combat. Upon hearing this, players may assume that Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty developers are just messing with them. However, the Master Smith Hammer is valuable, just not in combat.

What The Master Smith Hammer Does

Wo Long Fallen Dynasty Benefit From The Master Smith Hammer

The Master Smith Hammer's value is not in being used but in being a secondary weapon. It has a unique embed that can't be learned or removed called 'Equipment Drop Rate A.' This means that more equipment will drop for players as they clear the battlefield.

This weapon would be at the bottom of the weapon tier list but this jewel saves it. Never use it to fight with, of course, and don't use it after acquiring all the gear for a given build. But when it comes to farming up pieces, this hammer will save players the trouble of needing to repeat missions over and over again. Gear will drop more frequently, increasing the odds of getting the best piece.

Acquiring lots of accolades can take a while. Generally, defeating enemies that have killed other players is the best way to do this. If their morality bubble has a purple flame around the number, they'll yield accolades when the player kills them.

Talk to Zuo Ci in the Hidden Village. This character also can help players redesign their character or give out a free respec. The character is not available until after defeating the main battlefield 'In Search of the Immortal Wizard.'
