Why Is Fortnite Down?

There are multiple reasons why the Fortnite servers are down, but the main one is simply because the team at Epic Games needs more time to patch everything and make sure that when players roll in, they are in for a smooth and fun experience that isn’t deterred by issues that have risen. Whilst no specific issues have been raised, it’s more than likely that a few bugs have sprouted that the talented team behind update v29.40's Fortnite x Star Wars event is working hard to get rid of.
