While some players may occasionally feel as though they are at the mercy of this clock, that is not quite the case, as it is indeed possible to change the time in Watch Dogs Legion. The first step to skipping time in Watch Dogs Legion is to unlock the Deep Profiler tech, which allows players to see a character's contact info and schedule. With this skill unlocked, fans should then proceed to approach any nearby character and save them as a recruit. This will add the Watch Dogs Legion character to the Potential Recruits section of the Team tab, and players should highlight them from within this menu.
Fans should now activate the Deep Profiler tech on the potential recruit and look through the schedule for a window of time that they would like to skip to. Once a suitable time has been identified, players should choose to "Investigate" it and then navigate to the new "Investigation Point" marker that will have appeared on Watch Dogs Legion's map. Upon arriving at this marker fans will receive notification that they can wait until the end of their selected time, and they should use the designated input to perform the time travel.
