Players will face a choice near the end of the scenario that unfolds on Warhamer 40,000: Rogue Trader's Eurac V. Specifically, fans must side with either Theobald or Felek or opt to ignore them both in an attempt to pursue an alterative outcome. For those players that would like more information about the consequences that are associated with the Theobald or Felek choice in Warhamer 40,000: Rogue Trader before making their selection, that is exactly what can be found in this guide.

To note, the Theobald or Felek choice is almost exclusively an opportunity for roleplaying, as players will have access to the same rewards (Theobald's Staff of Orsellio Guardian and Cassia as a companion) regardless of the option that they select. It is slightly easier to side with Theobald and agree to join forces in the dispatching of Felek, though, and fans that are struggling to get through combat encounters may want to keep that in mind. However, players that are not experiencing that issue should feel free to simply select the option that is most in-line with their imagining of their Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader character.

Profit Factor is a very important mechanic in Warhamer 40,000: Rogue Trader, and this guide will help players understand how it works.

Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader - Theobald or Felek Choice

Felek is a true monster. Let's do away with him - together.

Players who select this option are joined by Theobald in a battle against Felek. This fight concludes with the deaths of both those NPCs, and fans will have the opportunity to loot the Staff of Orsellio Guardian from Theobald's body before leaving Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader's Eurac V with Cassia, their new Navigator.

The last thing I need is a monster on my ship.

While this option is an attempt to circumvent the conflict surrounding Cassia, it is ineffective. Indeed, Theobald will refuse the order to become the new Navigator outright, instead opting to do battle. After the NPC is slain, and the Staff of Orsellio Guaridan has been looted, CRPG players will join Cassia in a confrontation with Felek, which ends with Cassia becoming the new Navigator.

I should bring Cassia to Felek as I promised.

Siding with Felek plays out almost exactly as insisting that Theobald becomes Navigator does. Specifically, players that select this option fight both Felek and Theobald to the death, and Cassia becomes Navigator at the end.

I'm sick of this station!

The consequences associated with this option are also effectively identical to the preceding two: Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader players fight against both Theobald and Felek and Cassia becomes a companion.
