Eurac V is a location in Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader that players will visit during the game's first chapter, and it is home to an optional puzzle. This puzzle centers around inserting items into an elaborate piece of lab equipment, and it can be solved in two ways. Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader - Eurac V Lab Puzzle Guide
The first step toward solving the Eurac V lab puzzle is collecting an assortment of items that are scattered throughout the map. Two of those items, the Mutated Flesh Sample and Data-Crypt H-41-OK, are looted prior to interacting with the cogitator at the beginning of the level, and Warhammer fans can use the "highlight objects" feature to easily find the containers that hold them. The remaining six items of interest are looted from containers within the two rooms that constitute the Eurac V lab, and they are as follows:

With all eight items in hand, players should interact the Transducer that is situated across from the puzzle and insert the Psy-Crystal and Adamantine into it. This action will turn those items into dust, and CRP fans now have everything that they need in order to solve the Eurac V lab puzzle.
To solve the puzzle, a Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader character must insert specific items into the machine's four chambers and then activate the device. Here are the items that are to be used for both solutions and information on the rewards that they provide:

- Tissue Flask: Mutated Flesh Sample
- Data-Crypt Connector: Data-Crypt H-41-OK
- Catalyst Flask: Biogel
- Reagent Flask: Crystal Dust
- Reward: Adaptive Antidot x6 (Grants immunity to toxic damage and inflicts -10 penalty to Toughness until the end of combat.)
Solution #2
- Tissue Flask: Flesh Sample
- Data-Crypt Connector: Data-Crypt K-04-OH
- Catalyst Flask: Unidentified Acid
- Reagent Flask: Adamantine Dust
- Reward: Elixir of Warp Neutrality x6 (Grants immunity to warp damage and inflicts a -10 penalty to Fellowship, but the user can't deal warp damage until the end of combat.)
To note, players that have been thorough with their looting of Eurac V will have additional items that can be inserted into the device. Those items are not used to solve this Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader puzzle, though, and fans that insert them will only succeed in causing the machine to explode.
