Vampire Survivors' Tides of the Foscari DLC adds 13 weapons to the game, and they are obtained and evolved in a variety of ways. Players are thus advised to follow along with this guide as they unlock new characters, which serve to introduce the DLC's weapons, and avoid reading too far ahead.
How to Unlock and Evolve SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike
The first step toward obtaining these weapons is using Vampire Survivors' map to find and open the coffin in Lake Foscari. These actions will unlock Eleanor, a DLC character that starts with SpellString, receives SpellStream at Level 10, and receives SpellStrike at Level 20. Players can make these weapons available to other characters by fulfilling these requirements:
- SpellString: Survive 15 minutes with Eleanor.
- SpellStream: Get SpellStream to Level 6.
- SpellStrike: Get SpellStrike to Level 6.
In order to evolve the SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike into SpellStrom, players must create a union by getting all three weapons to Level 6 and then opening a chest.
How to Unlock and Evolve Eskizzibur
Upon uniting SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike, players will unlock Maruto. This Vampire Survivors character's starting weapon is Eskizzibur, and fans can unlock it for their other characters by surviving for 15 minutes with Maruto. To evolve this weapon into Legionnaire, players must open a chest after earning a Level 8 Eskizzibur and a Level 5 Armor.
How to Unlock and Evolve Flash Arrow
Evolving Eskizzibur into Legionnaire unlocks Keitha, a DLC character that starts runs with the Flash Arrow. This Vampire Survivors weapon can be made available to other characters by surviving for 15 minutes with Keitha, and it is evolved into Millionaire by obtaining a Level 8 Flash Arrow, Level 5 Bracer, and Level 5 Clover.
How to Unlock and Evolve Prismatic Missile
Unlocking the Prismatic Missile begins by using Keitha to break the Seal of the Lake in Vampire Survivors. This action will give fans access to Abyss Foscari, and they must use Maruto to break the Seal of the Abyss in that stage. Breaking that second seal will unlock Luminaire, and indeed her starting weapon is the Prismatic Missile.
To unlock this weapon for other characters, players must simply survive for15 minutes with Luminaire. And to evolve it into Luminaire, a Level 8 Prismatic Missile and Level 5 Crown are required.
How to Unlock and Evolve Shadow Servant
Once fans break the Seal of the Abyss, they will have the ability to access new areas within Abyss Foscari. Players should take Eleanor into those areas and break the Seal of the Banished to unlock Genevieve, a character whose starting weapon is the Shadow Servant. Fans can then unlock the weapon for other characters by surviving for 15 minutes with Genevieve, and they can evolve it into Ophion by opening a chest with a Level 8 Shadow Servant and Level 5 Skull O'Maniac in hand.
How to Unlock Party Popper
Unlocking the Party Popper requires players to defeat a total of 6,000 Rotting Ghouls in Abyss Foscari and unlock the Rottin' Ghoul character. When that is done, fans can purchase the Party Popper from Vampire Survivors' Merchant for 1,000 Gold. There is no evolution for this weapon.
