Notably, Vampire Survivors' weapon evolutions and unions are not included in this list of unlocks. The reasoning for this is that evolving a weapon once does not put its evolution into the pool of items that players will select from when leveling up. Indeed, bullet hell fans must evolve weapons every run if they want to have access to their powerful effects.

Stages
One quick note about stages is that the hyper versions increase the speed of the player character and the enemies. Some indie game fans believe that these modifications actually decrease the difficulty of Vampire Survivors.
Arcanas are a modifier system in Vampire Survivors that can also make the game easier, and are available in every stage and must be collected. They are also unlocked by reaching Level 50 with some characters or by surviving until minute 31.
