In recent years, the streaming industry has risen to new heights of popularity and enabled some individuals to make incredible amounts of money. Two of these successful and popular streamers are Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter and Sykkuno, both of whom are well known for their strong personalities and skill at video games. Recently, Valkyrae confirmed that Sykkuno is has been living with her and her existing roommate has been in Los Angeles for weeks.
Although Valkyrae streams on YouTube and Sykkuno appears to prefer Twitch, the two have often played games like Among Us together on stream. Valkyrae has rotated through a few different homes over the years, including spending time at the 100 Thieves house in 2020 and a brief stay at OfflineTV’s shared property during 2021. She's now living in her own place with fellow streamer Kim ‘Kkatamina’ Mi-young--and a new housemate.
Interestingly, although Sykkuno has teased his move out of Las Vegas recently, it appears that he has already relocated. The streamer was seemingly pretending not to have moved yet--or perhaps he was pretending that he hadn't moved into Valkyrae's house. Whatever the case, the three internet celebrities are now confirmed to be living together as of Valkyre's latest stream, a video titled "🔴LIVE! GTAV RP! VINNY/RAMEE PAY DAY, DATE, BODY PILLOW, MOND PIZZA?! (Day 7/7, Ray Mond - NO PIXEL)."
Sykkuno seems to have blown his cover during another stream earlier in the week when he started telling a story about finding a ukulele. Soon after sharing this information, he realized he was about to betray his location and had to improvise. This led him to claim that he found the instrument in a room in his apartment that he hadn't realized was there--his apartment, in this case, being a room in Valkyrae's house. While this was a big giveaway, attentive fans may also have noticed Valkyrae's "screeches" in the background of some of Sykkuno's solo streams.
According to Valkyrae, she and Sykkuno talked about him moving with her and Kkatamina for ages. She was allegedly quite confused when he decided he wanted to pretend that he didn't live with her. Apparently, she didn't want to say anything first, so the pretense lasted for about two weeks before Sykkuno slipped up. It's currently unclear why Sykkuno went through so much trouble to conceal his new housemates. Perhaps the streamer was concerned about fan reaction if the news got out.
