Power Cores are a type of lategame crafting material in V Rising that's needed for a number of recipes, including some very powerful amulets. As such, these aren't easy to come by — in fact, players won't be able to just find or pick these items up randomly at all.

Making Power Cores involves a somewhat lengthy and expensive process, one that might also be a lot more difficult than usual depending on the player's chosen V Rising difficulty setting. If you're wondering how to get some Power Cores of your own, here's a quick guide covering all the things you need to do.

How To Get Power Cores In V Rising

Voltatia in V Rising

You get the recipe for Power Cores by beating Voltatia the Power Master, a Level 80 V Blood boss in the Gloomrot North region. You can always find this boss inside the Trancendum Power Plant, which is to the far north of the map. Voltatia can be a bit of a bother to fight, but you should have no trouble if you bring upgraded V Rising weapons.

Once you've beaten Voltatia, you'll then be able to make Power Cores at your Fabricator, the workstation you unlock after beating Ziva the Engineer. In order to do so, you'll need to get Charged Batteries and Radium Alloy.

To get Charged Batteries in V Rising, you need to first get Depleted Batteries around Gloomrot North. Take 10 of those batteries to any of the Lightning Harvesters in that region, and you'll get 10 Charged Batteries in return. If you're looking for Radium Alloy, then you'll need Sludge-Filled Canisters, Sulphur, and Tech Scrap. Combine these ingredients in a Furnace.

Depending on which amulet you make, you also get specific bonuses like extra attack speed, spell cooldown reduction, and movement speed.
