A sequel, Another Code: R - A Journey into Lost Memories, followed in 2009 but was never released in North America. Both titles are now being bundled and enhanced for the Nintendo Switch under the new collection, Another Code Recollection.
The announcement was made during the recent Nintendo Direct, revealing that Another Code Recollection will include a full 3D remake of the DS title along with the previously unreleased Wii sequel. According to its unveiled trailer, the new collection is expected to hit the shelves on January 19, 2024. The DS game's original narrative, as well as its Wii sequel, will be "fully enhanced" for the Switch system.
Another Code Recollection will feature both games with significant upgrades, not least of which is the conversion of the original DS game into a full 3D experience.
