Two Point Studios and SEGA unveiled Space Academy, the first major DLC for Two Point Campus. This expansion brings the school simulation game into space with new extra-terrestrial campus locations, lessons, classrooms, and student archetypes, among the other new features introduced in Two Point Campus.

Two Point Campus is the second game from British development company Two Point Studios, which released Two Point Hospital in 2018. Two Point Campus allows players to create their own university campus, teaching everything from gastronomy to wizardry and money wangling. Two weeks after its release in August 2022, Two Point Campus counted over one million players across all platforms, reaching this threshold faster than its predecessor Two Point Hospital did.

Two Point Studios shared a trailer to announce Two Point Campus: Space Academy. It takes students away from Earth to new galactic campus locations that offer extra-terrestrial lessons such as anti-gravity training, galactic defense, and inter-dimensional diplomacy. Two Point Campus: Space Academy will release for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on December 6, 2022. The Nintendo Switch version will launch six days later, on December 12, 2022. This DLC for Two Point Campus will be listed at $9.99 on all platforms.

On top of the new extra-terrestrial lessons, more activities are coming with Two Point Campus: Space Academy. Six new student archetypes are joining the cast, expanding the scope of available students across three new campuses: Universe City, Cape Shrapnull, and Cheesy Heap. New classrooms open their doors, including the Command Room and Battle Space where students can fight with energy batons. When they are not learning new galactic skills, Two Point Campus students can unwind with new types of parties, such as sci-fi conventions.

While Space Academy is the first major DLC for Two Point Campus, this is not the first time Two Point Studios brought new skins and content to its simulation game. This Halloween, zombies were introduced in Two Point Campus, alongside spooky music and environmental elements like bats, cobwebs, and pumpkins. This update also brought new options to the game, such as the Student Customization feature and the Challenge Mode. Two Point Studios hasn’t yet revealed if Christmas-themed elements would be joining Two Point Campus, but players can reasonably expect new content coming this holiday season on top of the Space Academy DLC that will release this December.

Two Point Campus is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
