Two Point Campus, the follow-up game to Two Point Hospital, has been officially revealed with a gameplay trailer at Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live. In this simulator, players will be tasked with building and managing their own university, though as expected with the series' sense of humor, the classes available can be bizarre.

Two Point Hospital came out in 2018 and was well-received by fans of games like Roller Coaster Tycoon, and Two Point Campus will seek to evoke the same enjoyment from players. The developer, Two Point Studios, is based out of the UK and contains team members from various classic studios such as Lionhead Studios.

Two Point Campus leaked a few days ago, but its official announcement still provided fans with a chance to see the game in action. According to the developer, Two Point Campus will allow players to build outside as they expand their campus grounds by creating dorms, buildings, and pathways in between. The trailer also gives fans a glimpse into some of the more wacky courses players can offer their students, such as Knights School, where attendants can train in jousting and learn chivalry.

The announcement trailer also revealed that Two Point Campus will release sometime in 2022 and that there is a bonus for anyone who preorders the game ahead of time, though it does not say what that bonus is. The new game will also be coming to consoles and PC with a simultaneous release planned. Two Point Hospitals' style and gameplay proved to be a huge success with fans and has developed a community of players who will undoubtedly be very happy to hear about Two Point Campus. Having a strong community behind a game definitely bodes well for it, and it will be interesting to see how well this sequel performs.

The Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live has given gamers many announcements and reveals alongside Two Point Campus. While the event's highlight was definitely the Elden Ring trailer and release date announcement, the focus placed on smaller studios and indie developers was great to see. Events like this do a great job of drawing in viewers for the big reveals and giving a chance for smaller games such as Two Point Campus to gain attention.

Summer Game Fest is just beginning, and more announcements and reveals are coming soon, with E3 right around the corner. Hopefully, fans may even get another look at Two Point Campus and other smaller titles during these events and showcases.

Two Point Campus is coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X in 2022.
