With many parts of the world still in lockdown, the growth of streaming platforms such as Twitch, Facebook Gaming, and YouTube Gaming is something to be expected. Streamers have become celebrities in their own right, whether they are former pro players like Ninja or unique content creators like Offline TV's LilyPichu. One Twitch streamer who has been rising in popularity lately is Emily "Emiru" Schunk. Recently, Emiru surprised her audience by showing off her massive soap collection in one of her livestreams.

On Twitch, Emiru has already grown her channel to more than 600,000 followers since she first started streaming in 2016. Starting with League of Legends gameplay streams, Emiru eventually shifted to variety gaming content, with her most recent title being Super Mario 64. However, Emiru is not only known for being a livestream personality, but a highly successful cosplayer as well. Dressing up as popular characters, she has hundreds of followers on Twitter and Instagram. Given just how popular she is, finding out more about her personal tastes is likely something Emiru's fans would appreciate.

On a recent Twitch stream, Emiru was casually browsing her subReddit thread when she came across a topic that featured soap. Her viewers immediately egged her on, requesting for a "soap tour." She explained that fellow Twitch streamer, Tectone, known for his Genshin Impact content streams, called her out on her hoarding tendencies when it comes to soap. Emiru then proceeds to go off-screen to gather her collection, and show it off to her current viewers. While live, she counted off the bottles she had on hand, which eventually amounted to a total of 38 bottles. She also shares that she has 25 more bottles that she is missing.

Emiru explains that soap is something that is used by everybody every single day, and she discovered that the Bath and Body Works foaming hand wash changed her life. Especially since the brand comes out with seasonal items that can only be bought during specific parts of the year. With her intense love for soap, it may be possible that Emiru will collaborate with a brand in the future or create her own, though hopefully not quite like what happened with Valkyrae and her skincare line.

Twitch streamers like Emiru definitely provide their viewers with a unique form of online entertainment. Hopefully her love for hand soap will not go unnoticed by brands, and will actually lead to her creating her own merchandise. This is something her fans can definitely look forward to.
