Twitch Prime has been firing on all cylinders recently, putting out a variety of free games and bundles for subscribers to play. Considering how many people are at home as a result of stay-at-home policies or quarantine, Twitch Prime (and Twitch in general) has been hugely comforting. Keeping the trend going, Twitch Prime has now revealed its lineup of free games planned for July.

As is now standard, four free games will be released as part of the Free Games with Prime monthly program. All four games will become available on July 1 and need to be claimed through the Twitch website. After being claimed, Twitch Prime subscribers can download and play their games from the Twitch application.

Game number one is Turok 2: Seeds of Evil. This is the remastered version of the 1998 first-person shooter. It's effectively a simple port for modern PC platforms, with art assets upgraded to look decent on today's higher-resolution monitors. Second on the list is Dear Esther, the atmospheric casual game from The Chinese Room, in which players explore a mysterious deserted island.

The third Twitch Prime game for July is GRIP: Combat Racing. GRIP is a fast-paced sci-fi arcade racer, in which players can crash and damage their opponents with a variety of unique weapons. July's final game is KUNAI, a 2D side-scrolling action platformer built around gameplay described as "ninja parkour."

All four of July's free Twitch Prime games will be available for the entirety of the month. Players just need to claim them sometime during July in order to have the games added to their Twitch libraries, regardless of whether they play them immediately or not.

Twitch Prime offers more than just free games every month, of course. It also offers a variety of free content and microtransactions to players of various games. In July, players of Mafia City, Apex Legends, RuneScape, Legends of Runeterra, and more can expect to get more free content for their games. Twitch Prime subscribers will receive a notification on the Twitch website which each game's new content can be claimed.

Stay tuned for more Twitch Prime announcements in the weeks ahead.
